Champion Road – Minor Sewer Pipeline

A small project that managed to fit in well for the timing of the client and availability of suitable staff, this was completed during the dry summer months of February 2022

On a family property near Richmond, the 190m Sewer pipeline was constructed to cater for a small development of accommodation units. For people to stay in during visits to a nearby mountain bike park.

Design was followed where possible, and where changes needed to be made, site staff worked with the survey company to ensure grades were met and alignment could fit around the trees in the area, to ensure no damage to root systems.

Connections made in the roadway crossing Power, Fibre and a 450mm watermain. All work including Traffic Management and Approvals, was completed in house.

A very successful and collaborative project for that enabled the client to have their units up and running on their estimated date.
